Lead and coordinate the IT recruiting process from the first point of contact until onboarding
Write job descriptions, understand technical requirements and post jobs ad in various job portals
Identifying and addressing top candidates via social media channels and professional networks (e.g. Xing and LinkedIn)
Conduct screening interviews for various positions and coordinate interviews for later stages
You will develop sold relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Keeping up with the latest HR trends and attending meet-ups
Our Perfect Match:
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, psychology or a related field
You have relevant work experience in IT recruitment in an international company
Interest in HR Tech and the startup world
Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
A driven and charismatic personality with lots of sales aptitude
You have excellent communication skills English, German is a plus
High attention to detail and creativity – find where undiscovered talent is lurking
